  • Early cancellation- (Private/Team Instruction)No charge if your private session is canceled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment then you will be charged for the full amount.

    (Camp Cancellation Policy)- Please note there will be a $50 administration fee for any cancellations- If the player misses a date of camp and the camp was held, then no refunds/ credit will be made available to the customer. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

  • If you'd like to update the credit card used for your membership or contract, you may follow the steps below on a computer or mobile browser. (DO NOT USE THE APP!)

    1- Enter your login information on the top right.

    2- Click on the My Info tab, and select Profile.

    3- Click the Edit icon in the Billing Information section.

    4- Enter the new billing details, and click Save.

 

Team Policies

  • A parent is not to approach, email text, or call a coach to confront about playing time or issues with the team within 24 hours of the teams last game. As a parent, if they choose to have a conversation with a Coach, will schedule a call to do so, and will not approach the coach for this purpose during or immediately after a game.

  • If a player leaves the team for any reason, there is NO REFUND on any all fees paid to the team or organization.

  • As a Titans parent, I understand and will adhere to the following standards: - I will do everything in my ability to help my child adhere to his Player Code of Conduct.

    I understand that selection to a Titan Baseball/ Fastpitch team roster comes with high standards and high expectations. - I will treat coaches, other parents, players, umpires, and opponents with the utmost respect at all times.

    I will support ALL players and All coaches with positive behavior. - I am forbidden to make negative comments to any umpire for any reason, including ball and strike calls.

    I understand that playing time is not guaranteed, but earned, and I will not interfere with the coach in playing time decisions.

    I will not instruct during games or practices or interfere with coaches in any way.

    I am responsible for timely team payments as directed by Titan to pay for team expenses. Failure to make timely team payments will result in my child being removed from the roster. There is a $25 fee on all return/ bad checks. All past due team balance will accrue penalties at 15%

    If I choose to have a conversation with a Coach, will schedule a call to do so, and will not approach the coach for this purpose during or immediately after a game.

    I will lead by parent example before, during, and after each team practice, game, or function in regards to my conduct, behavior, and consumption of alcohol. Failure to comply with the Titan Parent Code of Conduct may result in the removal of my child from the team’s roster.

    If my child leaves the team for any reason, there is no refund on any all fees paid the team or organization.

    The Titans Baseball, FastPitch, and Academy logos are the property of Titans Sports Academy and I agree to uphold to this trademarks and not reproduce these logos for personal consumption without express written consent of Titans Sports Academy.

  • Player standards:

    I will compete to the best of my abilities during every practice and in every pitch during every game.

    I will commit to being on time for ANY team event.

    If I am late to any practice or game I will accept any further consequences from my coaches or the Team.

    Cell phone use is prohibited during team practices and games. I will sprint to every position when taking or leaving the field of play from the point of leaving or entering the dugout.

    I will treat my coaches, teammates, family members, umpires, and opponents with respect at all times.

    I will not let my own personal successes or failures affect my ability to compete for the success of Team.

    I will not, at any time use foul or inappropriate language to a parent, coach, or umpire.

    Umpires decisions are non-debatable. I will not argue umpires calls during any game. For any reason.

    There is no tolerance for aggressive physical contact with any teammate or opposing player and will be punishable at a minimum with a two game suspension and any additional disciplinary action as determined by the coach.

    There is no tolerance for alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal substance or activity, and will be punishable with a season suspension.

    When traveling with team, I will represent Titans with excellent behavior.

 

Uniforms

  • After the customer places an order, if they revisit their online store, they can view the status of their order &/or items within an order, even after a store closes.

    On the store, they will click "How can we help?"

    Select "I need to know the status of my order"

    They can type in their email address and order number to see their order status

    When the customer clicks "I need to know the status of my order" they will be taken to this page to enter in their email and order number: From there you will be able to see updated order status.

  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ANY AND ALL ITEMS.
